Shipping policy

PACKAGING
Every measure is taken to ensure your prints arrive to you in perfect condition. Most prints are placed inside a cello sleeve and shipped in a cardboard envelope. Larger prints are shipped with a stiff cardboard backer in a cardboard box with bubble padding. Oversize prints may ship in a cardboard tube.

SHIPPING
We typically ship using FedEx Smart Post or USPS. Please allow 1-6 days for art printing and an additional 4-7 days for shipping.

MISSING PACKAGES
A tracking number is provided for each order. We are not responsible for packages that go missing after package delivery confirmation. Multiple orders will be shipped together.

CUSTOMER ERRORS
Mistakes happen, we get it. In the event of customer error, like entering an incorrect shipping address, a processing fee will be applied for re-shipping returned packages.
