RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All of our printing is handled by our partner print house and our art is custom printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
CANCELLATIONS
All art is custom printed to order. Our print lab works hard to expedite printing, and we have a very limited timeframe to cancel printing, so orders may not be cancelled once the printing has started production.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your print is damaged in transit, please send photographic documentation showing the damage so that we can evaluate the issue. Please contact us at wallflowerartcompany@gmail.com within 3 business days from the time of delivery to report damaged or missing items.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the digital nature of download art, all digital download sales are final.
