SHIPPING POLICY

PACKAGING
Every measure is taken to ensure your prints arrive to you in perfect condition. Most prints are placed inside a cello sleeve and shipped in a cardboard envelope. Larger prints are shipped with a stiff cardboard backer in a cardboard box with bubble padding. Oversize prints may ship in a cardboard tube.

SHIPPING
We typically ship using FedEx Smart Post or USPS. Please allow 1-6 days for art printing and an additional 4-7 days for shipping.

MISSING PACKAGES
A tracking number is provided for each order. We are not responsible for packages that go missing after package delivery confirmation. Multiple orders will be shipped together.

CUSTOMER ERRORS
Mistakes happen, we get it. In the event of customer error, like entering an incorrect shipping address, a processing fee will be applied for re-shipping returned packages.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
All of our printing is handled by our partner print house and our art is custom printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CANCELLATIONS
All art is custom printed to order. Our print lab works hard to expedite printing, and we have a very limited timeframe to cancel printing, so orders may not be cancelled once the printing has started production.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your print is damaged in transit, please send photographic documentation showing the damage so that we can evaluate the issue. Please contact us at wallflowerartcompany@gmail.com within 3 business days from the time of delivery to report damaged or missing items.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the digital nature of download art, all digital download sales are final.

COLOR VARIATIONS
Please note that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently. Images viewed on monitors/screens are backlit and can appear brighter or darker than they actually are in person. Colors you see on your own computer might vary slightly from the prints you receive.

COPYRIGHT
All images in this shop are the property of Wallflower Art Co. Using them in any way without permission is a strict violation of copyright law. All photo prints sold are copyright protected and may not be reproduced or scanned.

ARE FRAMES INCLUDED?
Our art is sold unframed. Photos with frames are for display purposes only. We do offer select frames, sold separately, when purchased with art.
